now you get Panther and then you are eligible for the OS X 10.4 Tiger Upgrade CD's for $9.95 via mail.

much cheaper than 129

If you buy the Mini at your Apple Store, they include a drop-in cd in the package (at least the Apple Store in U-Village in Seattle is doing that). Make sure you ask the sales person though just to be sure that all the stores are doing the same thing.

I take it all back
I just got my Mini today and it has tiger in the box
but they told me I would have to order it for $9.95.
Their loss my gain.
