From what I understand, .dmg files cannot be mounted using disk copy on OS 9. I would like to be able to burn directly from .dmg to disk, but I would settle for just being able to convert the .dmg file. Tools available are OS 9 with disk copy 6.3.3 or Win2000 Pro.

Nothing except OS X can do anything with .dmg files at the moment.
