In a moment of foolishness, I recently bought a digital camers (Mfr - Trust ???). Although replete with a USB port, it came with no Mac S/W. The manufacturers have no Mac TWAIN drivers at all (booooo!), and the dealer won't take it back. So ... does anyone have (or know of) a device independendent TWAIN driver for the Mac. I bought a zoom USB camera five months ago came with its own CD of software. The one that looks like an eye. I have not been able to install the software zoom, seeucme and others that came along not sure if Quick time player came with it or with my 8.6 G3 laptop. The guy who installed it must have over done the installing or something clashed and it never works just freezes on me. I removed all I could find in extensions except USB zoom and Apple video player incase. I reinstalled and still no way will it work. The man who did it at least got a picture but I am sure he made some mistake and there is a major clash. I have no removed it all again. I would like to use it as I need it for my Deaf school its a charity school and we connect on to other schools to learn a few more things we need. Not that its ever worked. Pls if you know how to install from the CD what doesn't clash with the system and what is in my extensions that come with the CD. Then how to use it I would appreciate it pls email me the instructions I may not be able to follow this link fully again. Pls be clear and big writing as I have problems with my eyes. I do not even know what is the serial numbers for the camera and what is for the software its all confusing with no instructions. I would be so grateful if you can help me out.
