Comment: Attempted to install 2x256MB PC133 into Wallstreet Powerbook. CPU and old memory removed to for install. Memory installed ok, but Powerbook booted very very slowly and the display was barely visable. Power turned off, but will no longer power on even with old configuration. Is it possible the MOBO or CPU is toast? Any thoughts? -repair -sell for parts -buy new CPU -other?????

Reply: (edit)The Wallstreet can handle PC133 just fine, thank you very much. Sloppy installation procedures can cause static damage, though. p
