Comment:

Suddenly, my desktop keep
rebuilding/refreshing itself whenever I try
to do anything...hit the back or forward
button, click from one window to another,
grab & drag a window to a new position.
itself. Naturally, until the desktop rebuilds
(the icons blink, disappear, then
reappaer, one at a time), I can't do
anything - everything's frozen. I THINK this
started yesterday after i attempted an
install of QuickTake for a digital camera.
the install didn't take 1/2 way through, and
(again, I THINK) this is when the trouble
began. I've been trying to find and delete
everything i can related to QuickTake
(can't even get to Disk 2 or 3 or 4 to find
out if it includes an "uninstall").
Any recommendations, gurus (guras?)
Thanx.

Upgrade to 9.2.2 immediately and throw out your Finder Preferences file.
