Deepfreeze for MAC

Comment:
The software Deepfreeze is use to "freeze" the hard drive image in a PC. After each restart, the drive is clean as the first boot of the machine. The drive is always clean even if many users go on the computer. Does a similar software exist for MAC? Is it good? Thanks!!!
when you reboot the mac you are only given the option 'SAVE and reboot' maybe if you just power it down without 'saving' that might do it. but im not sure.

No, there's nothing exactly like that for a Mac.
You could put something together pretty easily using Retrospect or another good backup program, though.
I got a postcard from Centurion Technologies touting a product called DriveShield (www.driveshield.com) that seems to do the same types of things that DeepFreeze does - but on the Mac side, too. I can't vouch for it as I've never tried it.
