data transfer between MAC and PC

Is there any tool or utility known which supports the data transfer between MAC and PC (exspecially vector-graphic files)?

A individual I work has his Titanium on a PC Network using the "DAVE" software and it works fine sharing.

Depends on what sort of transfer you mean.
Macs can read PC-formatted disks, so if you just copy the files onto a Zip disk, that should work fine as long as you're using an industry-standard graphics format. Illustrator and Freehand are available on both platforms, so that shouldn't be a problem for most vector graphics.
Macs and PCs can't talk to each other on a network unless you either use OS X or a third-party product like DAVE or VirtualPC.

i have 2 pc's & a 7100 mac networked & share internet connection via IP.. i also use Hotline to send data back & forth.. they do not see each other outside of these 2 ways... it works quite well....
