I have purchased a refurbed Power-Mac 7100. It came with 8.1 preloaded. It didnt come with a backup copy. Can I make some sort of copy from the system? I have all the other software available on disc only missing the OS.

Just copy the entire system folder.
You should be able to find 8.0 CD's on ebay.com
