Convert MAC QuickBooks 2000 to Win

Can anybody tell me how to convert datafiles that are stored on a mac machine using an application called quickbooks 2000(files are backed up on diskettes)to read to a win98 pc that is also running quickbooks 2000 for win.When restoring from win pc, it asks to format the disk but the disk is already formated for mac inorder to backup the mac files.Is there possibly a conversion program or is there another way to do this.I'd appreaciate if anybody can help with this.Thanks.
