My advice: Try the technical people from MYOB, they must have received that same question many times.

FROM PC -> MAC format the disk that you're transfering the file with to PC format. save the file from the PC on it. using either maclink plus or "file exchange" (pc exchange pre OS 9) you'll be able to open the file on the mac. in "file exchange" you might have to add the configuration to the panel. here's how:
1. open the control panel 2. go to the "pc exchange" tab 3. click the "add" button 4. add the 3 letter dos extension in the top of the window 5. select the file type and MYOB program in the main window.
FROM MAC -> PC this is a little more difficult because the mace adds additional information to the file that the PC won't be able to understand. there's a way to straighten this out, but it's a little too technical for my tastes.
