Reply: (edit)hi start the WEB sharing on the mac. It will give u an IP address. U can join by FTP from the PC. It works only under system 8 or newer

Reply: (edit)You can also use the PCMaclan software from www.miramar.com and then hook them up using ethernet. You can easy find the PCMaclan called pmc72.exe and then use the s/n thats out there. You can access the mac from your pc as well accessing your pc through the mac and they understand the file format difference. Hope that will help. cheers

Reply: (edit)Ok... I connected my PC with win2k to imac 9 os computer using MacLAN. VERY EASY stuff - thanks to the suggestions on this board. Now the question is... How do I get my MAC to share the internet connection with the PC via ethernet? (The mac has WebSTAR Server Suite 4 Proxy Software)
