I have Mac and PC (with installed Darwin-x86). Is it possible to build project on Mac for PC?

yes it is possible. try using virtual pc. it is a program the
simulates windows. all you need is at least 256mgb of ram
in order for it to run as wanted. for gaming its not that
great, but for your purpose it should be just fine.

And another question.
Is it possible to compile project on my PC for Mac. I tryed to generate makefile to build KEXT. But it was not succeed.

ok, if you are coding posix compatible apps yes they can run on any other posix compatible machine e.g. unix, linux, bsd etc.
