I recently aquired a Macintosh Performa 630CD which does boot up and run but two particular errors.
One upon booting up all the extensions appear across the bottom of the screen then they disappear, only leaving apple's task bar across top of screen, the Trash bin, Two folders and the Disc Icon.
How do I get the Extension icons to stay?
Also It keeps looking for a Iomega Zip drive which I don't have. I'm pretty sure it just has a floppy & CD and that's it.
Also what kind of network adaptor does this old thing take? I looked on ebay but i'm not really sure what i'm looking for. 10-BastT would be fine but what interface for the motherboard?
Thanks
Chad

extensions load at the beginning, virtually, and do not stay on desktop,
go into control panels, to view extensions,
check control panels for scsi probe settings, also check in apple menu for chooser settings...
