WHY CAN'T I VIEW IMAGES THAT ARE PART OF E- MAIL THAT I RECEIVE? THE TEXT SHOWS UP, BUT THE WINDOWS CONTAINING IMAGES DO NOT SHOW UP.

Try the following: Double click on the paperclip that indicates the email has an attaachment. Then look at the bottom of the email panel and see if there is a document icon that has just appeared. If so, double click on it and you may get a dialog box that asks you to select the aplication to open the attachment with, and a folder to save it to. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses. Software is OE 5. Clicked on paper- clip. Nothing changed. Any other ideas.

Make sure after you click on the paper-clip you click on the attachment,either under the paper-clip or on the bottom of the email you have(double click),you should have no prob

If I understand you. you want it to display image with words in e-mail window? with Outlook opened go to preferences for outlook. In dialog box click on display tab under messages check box that says SHOW ATTACHED PICTURES IN MESSAGES.
