I want to print some nice photos of my kids, but all I can get is black and white. I have an iMac running OSX 10.2.8 and an HP 2210 all-in-one printer and there is lots on ink in the cartridges. If I run a test on the printer, all the colors come out great on the test printout sheet, but when I try to print a photo it just comes out black and white. Can anybody help? I would email HP support but it would probably be days before I get an answer.

Hi Su.
Maybe the printer driver software is set for black and white printing.
Look through all the tabs of the print menu for something that indicates black and white and choose color instead.
Access the print menu through File - Print (or Print Setup) rather than a printer icon. Sometimes a printer icon bypasses the menus that allow you to choose specific settings.
