Can't FTP thru MS Proxy Server....

I have a 75 user network about 25 users on the Mac side. They cannot FTP through my MS Proxy Server 2.0. No problems on the PC side. Is there any way to change the configurations of the Macs or the Proxy that will allow the Macs to FTP???
