To elaborate on "Nope", the most recent OS you
can use on an SE is 7.5.5

Im guessing that you mean by "SE" special
Edition ? You can install any OS you want on
that machine, just boot up from the start up disk's
and do a "clean install" or a "software restore".

As for your blinking ,sad mac, your on the right
track. Go back to your "start up disk" and hilight
the OS you wanna start up from then restart your
computer.

No.

That would be an iMac SE.

Note presence of "i" in front of "Mac."

Note also that any iMac SE hardly qualifies as "old."

Doesn't the mac se only have an 8mhz processor
and 20mb hard drive?

Hey, P:
Do you recieve my emails regarding
someone sending me personal mail
from your old email address, or do you
just ignore them, or what? I never get a
response from you.
