C Compiler error

I've reinstalled the newest Devolper's tools and rebooted multiple times.

When I attempt to make epic, I get the follow error

checking for gcc... (cached) cc
checking whether the C compiler (cc no-cpp-precomp ) works... no
configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C compiler cannot create executables.

Any Suggestions?

The complier is corrupt perhaps? Missing
extension maybe...
