Well, I installed windows XP onto my Mac because I
wanted to install a couple paid windows programs. I
installed windows XP without writing down my
administrator password down, and I forgot the password.

I don't know much about Windows XP and I require some assistance.

I would re-install windows, but I don't want to format!
Is it even possible to change windows admin password through Mac?
Am I screwed? =(

No your not screwed however you will need to download and run one of the following.

Winternals boot CD which will allow you to change the Admin Password.
http://www.winternals.com/Products/...

or Admin Password Remover
http://www.lostpassword.com/windows... which does exactly that.

Memory is a valuable thing especially when it comes to passwords.

Best I can do at short notice.
