You can clone mac boot CD's in windows, but other than that it is pretty impossible to make a bootable mac CD in windows. Try direct CD to clone.

I have WindowsXP. Just to see if it could be done, I burned a Mac boot disk. Darned if it didn't work. The disk runs fine in my Mac. I used Roxio Easy CD Creator 5. You can't use the "create a data disk" option, because it says Windows can't read it because it's in a different format. Use the "disk copy" option.
