Comment:

My powermac seems to run very smoothly all except for a sleep bug. When I put it to sleep and then try to wake it back up, it starts, but then it often goes right back to sleep. Usually i need to wake it up several times before it stays up.

Is there any known solution to this?

This known problem should be solved in 10.3.9
If you did incremental updates of your sysyem (from 3.0 >
3.1 > 3.2 > 3.3 etc), it may be helpful to run the
combined Max OSX 3.9 update, a 117 MB download from
http://www.apple.com/support/
I think the combined update replaces all the previous
incremental updates. Always repair permissions before
and after such an operation.
