Comment:

Safari and IE Explorer hang/freeze when attempting to log
on to eBay website.

At freeze, status bar reads: downloading 2 of 3 items.
Anyone knows why?

The connection is dial-up. Cookies are enabled.
Java scripts are enabled.

Anybody has any ideas?

Your help is very much appreciated.

Reply:

Let the website load all the way, on dial-up I wont expect times of up to 30sec. - 5 min to load.

Also try using FireFox instead and turning off loading images.
