Another day I was playing game with my computer, I opened the speakers but the sound seemed to be very low even if my speakers were at "maximum". I tough they were broken so I returned them to the Apple service center for repair, but they said they were functioning correctly. At that time I had an idea, I used my finger to remove all the cerumen from my ears, and that worked! Now the sound is normal. I hope my comment will be helpful.
