Hey,

Im goin to sound a bit dim here but, ive just brought a
copy of DIscWarrior for my powerbook . I need to boot the
disc but i cant get it workin. I know that you press and
hold the c button on the powerbook from startin the
computer, but it dosnt work. Any advise for this simpleton

Try this. Boot the computer normally then insert the CD
into the optical drive. Once it appears on the desktop
launch System Preferences by either clicking it in the dock
or selecting it from the Apple menu in the top left corner.
Once there select the Startup Disk. This should scan your
system and display any bootable directories. You can
then select the DiskWarrior CD icon and then select
"restart".

If that doesn't work reboot the computer and from the
moment the screen goes dark hold the "option" key until
you see a blue screen. This will also scan all available
volumes to boot from. Wait for the hourglass icon to go
away, click on the DiskWarrior CD square and then
proceed by clicking the arrow pointing right.
