Binary file find & replace

OS: Mac OSX 10.2.6
CPU/Ram: G4 800Mhz, 512MB
Comment:

I have several binary files which have been
modified by somebody else. Each file has had a
2 tags inserted and 1 byte changed. How would I
do a multi-file, binary find & replace? Thanks for
your help.
