OS: 10.4.8
CPU/Ram: 1.73GHZ 1GB
Model/Manufacturer: Toshiba Tecra A2
Comment:
Iv just installed OSX 10.4.8 on an Intel chipset. Although this is working fine the install has not recognised my on board network card and doesnt recognise my broadcom wirless card either. Is it possible to install my Belkin54g card on OSX? Iv got it to work on Linux using Ndiswrapper but being quite unfamiliar with the Mac format im unsure as to how to do the equivalent with a Mac or if its even possible.

In a nutshell the answer is No.

Apple OSX is proprietary software and no such drivers have been created for your problem.

Installing OSX on a Toshiba is in clear violation of the EULA....lol

However there are some older usb wireless dongles that do work with mac but you may have to ebay them to get them cause i would be surprised if they are available on the retail front purely from an age point of view. just ebay search "usb wireless + osx".

BTW Nice going with the mac install...sweet!
