I have Windows Xp installed on my imac through Boot Camp, but the sound is loud (even though I have it turned down), and it has a mono tone and cracks. I seen somewhere about a driver you can download to fix this. Does anyone know where I can find it?

Are using the sound panel in XP to turn down the sound or the sound keys on the keyboard?

The sound panel in Xp is set to it's lowest setting, and using
the keys on the keyboard just setting it to 1 seems load. The
sound isn't in stereo, makes playing games or listening to
music useless.

What chipset is it? IF you can find out the chipset, you can use any generic driver.

Core 2 Duo 1.86
