I have a old printer* VENUS Apple Laserwriter 16/600 ps APPLE_LW440b0c but I dont have the software to run it with my computer ... Where can I download the software? or obtain it? thanks

You already have the software. The driver comes with every Apple operating system. I usually trash all unnecessary drivers and crap from my system when I install. and someone probably did it to your system. You can do a 'custom install' using your system install disk(s) and only select the printer specific items. You WILL have to install drivers for the whole laserwriter family, and select the proper one in your chooser and print setups dialogues.
