Comment: At the moment my current wifi network is powered by a pc. File sharing is working, but I need to share my HP Deskjet 670C printer. How do I go about sharing the PC printer wirelessly with my iBook? Thanks! Tony Yost

Reply: (edit)It a hassle!,just buy a printer for your ibook!....you need irda's and a irda compatable print sever?,(there might be something else but I'm not sure!!!! Also if you check ebay you can find a usb to parallel plug for around $10.00us!!,with that and power print 5.0 i'm using an cannon bjc-80 on my ibook,,.it has an irda built in,but I paid $9.00 for the plug so who cares???),there's also a mac version to it(bjc-85)with that all you need is an irda for your ibook!.

Reply: (edit)And it won't pass AppleTalk packets, and the only way you can print to anything via TCP/IP is if it supports PostScript... So I'll say it again. It won't work with inkjets and Macs. p
