Help me please -- I just bought a 320U Accer Scanner -- I had to get the drivers off of their web site and now I have loaded Kai's Photo Soap that came with my computer as well as the version two that came with the scanner. All of the info that came with the scanner is pc oriented even tho it is USB.
When I use the older version of Kai's I can scan but it comes up black and white and super dark. When I use the second version (which is much easier and seems more user friendly) I can't scan. I get error messages about plug ins, that the scratch disk is full and something about a problem with the twain strip . . . I know nothing about these terms or how to go about fixing this . . . I have checked all the online mannuals and can't even find out what or where a scratch disk is . . . Can someone please help me . . .
