BE VERY CAREFUL - this suggestion may cause damage to
the cds in the drive by scratching them , the cd-drive
itself, and or the mac so be careful and use at own risk...
make sure the computer is completely off and the battery
ejected so that the
drive does not try to fight you in any way. Try this at your
own risk!

There might be a small pin-sized ejection hole on the side
of the cd drive where you can insert a small straightened
out paperclip (about 2 inches worth) to manually eject the
drive. the idea is that you insert this straight metal rod
into the drive and it releases the drive locking mechanism.

You will need to insert it firmly but carefully as you can
damage everything in it if you are too aggressive. Be
careful!

I suggest inserting the pin slowly until it stops and
making sure you are pushing perpendicular to the drive or
horizontal to the hole then gently but firmly shove the pin
inside. The release motion should be about a 1/2 inch
beofre it releases.

This should (with any luck ) pop the drive open and slowly
pull the tray out but not all the way out , and free the cds.
Careful though once you get them out let the MAC pull
the drive back shut to reset it when you power it back on.
Otherwise you may damage it by shoving the tray back in.

Sadly, other than this - get the credit card ready and call
Apple.

Never mind my previous posting - you have the metal cased
enclosure after all...

Try to hold your mouse button down while rebooting the
MAC to force a disc eject...
hold it down for at least a minute
if nothing
call the Apple,

You can try a butter knife and risk killing the drive, the paper clip method and risk killing the drive, pounding it with a sledgehammer and needing a new computer, or calling Apple and hope for the best... good luck.
