Yahoo Messanger not working

I have redhat linux 7.0 installed on my machine. I have installed yahoo messanger .But when I login its hangs after asking the ID & passwd .MY ID & passwd are correct.

I always have to reboot my computer and the voice will not load and I would like to know if there is a way to get the version that was right before this one

i cant recieve messages from my freinds on the IMs they go blank and i cant see the dialouge in chat rooms. i have blank PMs/IMs and i cant see what i write either. plz hepl. thanx.-ayla

When I try to enter any of the chat rooms through Yahoo Instant Messanger 5.0 I get all the right screens, but when I click enter room nothing pops up. Can that be fixed? IF so how?

when i try to type messages it won't let me see what i type to people after i hit send and i can't read what they say???? and when i got to check my mail it says something about some kinda cookies missing

Everything is working perfect until I log in. I put in my username and password, but as soon as I click the login button, it takes forever and doesn't log in. Then the sign-in screen comes back on as if I never tried to log in.
