Do not take the default installs, use Custom only, this will allow you to install LILO someplace other than the MBR (good thing!!) The default all use the MBR (could be a VERY bad thing!!!)
Just install redhat on the second drive, and be sure to use at least 2 partitions, one for swap (should be at least the same size as the amount of ram on your system) and the second as '/' when you assign it.
