I'm rather new at Linux (I just got Ubuntu setup with Xfce on my old box) and I'm wondering how do I edit the menus? I want to add a launcher under the Internet submenu on the menu, but when I use the Xfce menu editor it doesn't list any of the submenus on it. Also how do I edit the Panel Menu? Thank in advance for the help.

I think you want to edit ~/.config/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml and comment out the autogenerated system menu and uncomment the bit about using a separate file. Edit /etc/xdg/xfce4/desktop/menu.xml instead if you want it system wide.
