Dear Sagar Wich motherboard do you use? It is possible to run an i845 chipset on redhat 8.0 check out this link: http://www.xfree86.org/current/Status17.html#17

I had the same problem, go to this intel page http://downloadfinder2.intel.com/scripts-df/filter_results.asp?strOSs=39&strTypes=DRV%2CARC&ProductID=865&OSFullName=Linux*&submit=Go%21 There you can download the i845 driver.
