WINE installation problem

when i try to install the WINE .rpm file, i get this "open with" screen, and i don't know what to do next (i'm a newbie). i tried to go to the /bin/rpm thing. what am i doing wrong?
it's on a CD (my friend actually downloaded it and burned it, along with the linux installer itself... on a separate CD) i don't know any of the code i keep seeing, so maybe linux might have been a mistake for me. where do i enter the code you suggested (do i sound like an idiot yet)?
