I want to dual boot windows xp and fedora core 3. i've done this before, so i'm happy with the precedure. but this time i want to dual boot from 2 separate hard disks.
i think grub can do this... is this the best option?
what about the jumper settings? i don't want to be reaching for the tweezers every time i reboot!
any suggestions/ideas/pearls of wisdom welcome.
my spec is:Chieftec case (DX-01BL-D-U), K7N2G-LISR mainboard (MS-6570 V1.0), Antec TrueBlue 480W PSU, 2x Western Digital Caviar 7200rpm/8MB cache (WD800JB), 768MB RAM (400MHz DDR), Lite-On 52x24x52x CD-RW, Lite-On DVD-ROM.

That's no problem at all, just make sure that you install windoze first and then fedora. Windoze used to like being on the primary master drive only but I think this has changed sine win2000. Don't swap hard drives or settings between installs, just make sure that if you have them both on the same IDE channel that one is set to master and the other slave. If you are installing a SCSI drive make sure that the SCSI ID does not conflict with any other device or the controller card itself.
