Yes you can usem both at the same time. You'd
be dual booting :-) When you install Linux make sure you configure lilo that'd make between booting between both operating systems very simple

Try Corel Delux Linux. It installs like a dream, has a very friendly desk-top, and will fit on a hard-drive with Windows without any problems. You don't need "lilo" at all. It comes with Word Perfect as well.

Corel linux uses lilo too.
The grafical boot menu with last option
windows and all the other linux, IS lilo.

You can run windows and linux on the same computer

To do this,you need to partition your disk
first and create a dual boot.

Mankrake 7 can also install from inside windows if you are alredy using windows and would like to make it dual boot with linux. Just insert your Mandrake disk and look for the file, it is something like "Mandrake in win" or something real obvious.
Super easy to install. The only drawback that I can see is that you don't have the flexability with partitions that you would otherwise. You can determine the size of the swap partition though.
