Comment:

I'm trying to install a screensaver by rpm and i'm getting a failed dependancy on libvga.so.1. I downloaded that file, but I'm not sure exactly where it goes or how to install it, basically i have no clue what to do with it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Helen,

http://www.dlhoffman.com/publiclibrary/RPM/contrib/libc6/i386/svgalib-1.4.1pre-1.i386.html

Download that rpm first. Install. then try yours.

You can force rpm's to install with -no_deps in the rpm command line. do a man rpm for instructions.
