Where can I get a Linux distro that runs on a Mac Clasic, installs from floppys, and has X and a window manager.
Specs of the Mac Classic: 4mb of ram HD unknown 8mhz cpu

Thats hardly a computer. You can't run X and a window manager on this machine. Even the slowest of hand-held PCs are atleast 133 mhz ARM.

Check out this page. The documentation will help you install Debian. You need a 68030 or better for the math co-processor. You could also try NetBSD, but neither Linux nor NetBSD will run well with only 4Mb of RAM.
