what is the redhat ftp site?

http://www2.itec.suny.edu/software/ but you will need an FTP site to transfer it to....just set one up on your local PC.

Summary: 250 Mb HD is really small. Check the URL for the various Linux OS and see what is the bare minimum installation size. Your not planing to run Xwindows I presume with that small HD right?...
