What is the best web browser for Mandrake 8.2? Which is most stable/ has most options/ supports most formats/ has least bugs? I was using Konqueror but it has a bunch of bugs (text displaying on top of other text, Dialog boxes not scrolling/wrapping correctly).

The only one that will fit the discription of the kind of browser you want would be Opera. (www.opera.com) Download the RPM. I haven't had any trouble at all. No plugins to mess with, includes java, flash, etc. This should work for you. The only drawback is an annoying advertising banner on top.

Mozilla will do what you want, and it's FREE. Get it from mozilla.org.
