It is to do with UT's voip audio capture and is only a warning notice and not an error....nothing you can do about it afaik.

Haven't played UT for ages....as far as i remember there should be a text config file with the key bindings in it which you should be able to edit, somewhere under the ut/system directory?!?

Can you set a key binding via the UT console?

Perhaps a patch would help? Something like:

tried to load megapack and patch (in ubuntu 6.10)

i followed instructions here:

http://gaming.gwos.org/index.php?op...

downloaded and saved pack to desktop, then went to terminal and:

rp@rgp-02:~$ cd && cd Desktop
rp@rgp-02:~/Desktop$ sudo sh ut2004.megapack-english-2.run
Password:
sh: Can't open ut2004.megapack-english-2.run
rp@rgp-02:~/Desktop$

any suggestions?

Try passing the whole path to sudo, eg:
$ sudo sh /home/rp/Desktop/ut2004.megapack-english-2.run

If that doesn't work either, try making the file executable and then run it without the sh:
$ cd
$ chmod 755 Desktop/ut2004.megapack-english-2.run
$ sudo Desktop/ut2004.megapack-english-2.run
