When I suspend my vmware win2k, I get the following errors.
I have installed VMWare 3.2.

VMware PANIC: (scsi0:1) NOT_IMPLEMENTED F(831):654
VMware PANIC: (VMX) AIO: NOT_IMPLEMENTED F(831):654
VMware PANIC: (scsi0:0) NOT_IMPLEMENTED F(831):654
VMware PANIC: (VMX) AIO: NOT_IMPLEMENTED F(831):654
Panic loop

And when I reboot it asks me about some lock files found on the start process.

I have the same problem, but i can´t even get the Win2k-VM working.
Vmware boots the new created VM (before having installed the guest system), but even if the (bootable) installation CD of Win2k is in the drive and mounted, the installation does not start, there´s only the black screen (into the VMWare-Box). When I then turn the VM off it results in the described panic error, the error message (and the log entry) like above.

I tried on RedHat 8.0 with Kernel 2.4.18 and VMWare 3.2 (tried also 3.1.1 - same error).

I am still having the same problems after running the update...
