Just Wondering. I'm running linux, and ontop of that i have VirtualOS running Windows. How can i get files from Linux to Windows & visa versa. It doesn't let me drag files over. And i couldn't find a file transfer area to send files or anything.
Any help ?

I don't know what Linux distribution you're using, but you can install and set up a Samba server on Linux. This will allow you to transfer files from Windows by accessing the network share.

You can setup (virtual) shared folders, use machine integration to allow clipboard, may not even need to setup samba, might have to allow in firewalls, could setup ftp or http server and again allow, even nfs, setup usb flash and share, copy to cd/rw, could send via email, send to ports, and maybe 10 more ways.
No, there are others, that is the REASON I asked.
