Comment:

I am attempting to network RH 8.0 w/ADSL (Verizon) through a Netgear router. Using 'ADSL-setup' from the terminal and it appears that the setup worked. However, I am unable to establish a connection (requests timeout) to the internet. Any advice on how to setup Verizon ADSL on RH 8.0?

Thx!

You must enter DNS servers during adsl-setup. If you don't have one use these:
198.235.216.135
209.226.175.224

But to ones from your ISP should be closer to your house.
