Valid Driver Disk (tlan) for RH 7.3??

Hello,
I am trying to install Redhat 7.3 with the bootnet.img boot diskette. I have an "Integrated Netelligent 10/100" ethernet card, which uses the "tlan" driver. This driver is not listed when I get to the "Devices" screen, so I have to supply it on a separate driver disk. I copy the "tlan.o" file from my pre-existing Redhat 7.2 installation to a floppy, but this is rejected for not being "a valid driver disk for this release of Red Hat Linux". So, just how do I create this elusive valid driver disk?
