I heard somebody saying that he runs Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver in Linux with wine. I have winex (from codeweavers) but still i can't convince some programs to work ... Are there any tips or new versions of wine?

I've managed to get DreamWeaver/UltraDev 4 working but not the MX version (the menus are all f#$ked up!). Try CDing to the program location and then running it from there (setting working directory didn't seem to work for me). Flash I got working with no problems at all...only version 4 again though, haven't got MX.
Do you have a windows partion on your drive too? If so you could try running it from there instead.
Did the install go smoothly?
What errors are you getting?
Have you tried CrossOver Office? It not only allows you to run MSOffice (very useful here at work as we have an exchange server), but also lets you install other applications too. I've had the most success with windows apps using this.

Well ... when i try installing Dreamweaver or Flash the installation blocks... I tried it in several ways... I do have a windows partition... a NTFS one... but won't i need the registry keys for making them to work?
So what can i do about that installation?

I have sometimes found that myself. If you bring up something like gtop/KDE system guard that shows your processes in a tree format, try killing off the "child-most" process under the wineserver (if you see what I mean) and see if the installation continues.
Alternatively, once you have tried to install it, it hopefully would have written any registry entries that are needed and you could possibly just run the binaries from a previously windoze installed version (although as you're running NTFS it may not be such a good idea as the write support is still a little suspect).
