I have a linux distro which boots from a floppy. i also have the fluxbox install file on my hard drive (windows 98 FAT32 partition). How do I install and run the Fluxbox GUI using the Linux floppy?
I'm still learning Linux so details would be appriciated.

maybe because thats not what he asked about....
try this maybe under the root folder on the floppy do a ls -a look for a file .profile (note the period its important) if not there use vi or a text editor and create a file called .profile there in .profile place a mount comand to mount the drive with fluxbox hda1 probably then add the exec line to fire fluxbox if everyting about fluxbox is in the proper location folder wise etc and you have permision it should fire when you log in .profile is the user startup file or if its a user (foo) /home/foo/.profile etc....

try installing fluxbox through cygwin maybe (cygwin creates a native possix layer for windows) then since its installed on the fat32 folder in all the write places you could fire it easy
if your looking to keep the core ops sys on floppy and only desktop on hd you could consider resizing your windows partition and creating a small linux partition and install flux there.... that way its runnig on a linux file system and you dont have to wory about setup or permisions etc....
