Comment:

I installed a new Linux Mandrake 7.1 on one of the partition drive in Win98. However, after I install the Linux, I cannot log in to use the Linux box. Also, I cannot access to dos or C drive. How can I uninstall Linux to get back my Windows 98 operating system? Are there any software that can uninstall Linux?

It sounds like you installed over your 98 installation, and there is nothing that can recover data which has been overwritten.

I also would like to know the proper way to remove linux-mandrake 7.1 from my box. not that i have a problem with it other than it doesnt work with most of my hardware - modem, raid, nic... other than that i like it. i want to uninstall it and try again at a later time with newer hardware.
please drop me an email if you can help.
